  3. Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and other relevant applications, ensuring they align with and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
  4. Conduct in-depth analyses of user patterns and behaviours to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for marketing and retention strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  6. Develop and execute a comprehensive data roadmap that supports the organisation's short-term and long-term business targets.
  7. Prioritise and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the data team's tasks and projects are closely aligned with business priorities and contribute to the platform's continuous improvement.
  8. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data in marketing campaigns, user experience enhancements, and overall business strategy.

  • Proven experience (6+) in data science, with a focus on machine learning, predictive modelling, and data analysis, demonstrating a track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies for marketing, user retention, and overall business success.
  • Previous leadership or management experience leading a team of data scientists, emphasising a results-oriented and business-driven approach.
