Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

Data Science Leadership Opportunity

  • Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) like Open AI, Gemini AI, and open-source models to enhance model performance.
  • Develop Conversational AI using modern Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks to improve customer engagement.
  • Deploy and monitor models on cloud platforms to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Lead client engagements and provide technical guidance to drive successful outcomes.
  • Explore various data mining and machine learning techniques to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Develop predictive/prescriptive models and algorithms to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark with ML tools & Cloud Technology.
  • Expertise in Python libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow, etc.
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data mining, and Statistical concepts.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
