About this role:
The Regional Sales Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned areas of operations. This involves deploying and selling products, identifying and recruiting sales teams to align business strategies with market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive distribution and market share expansion in assigned regions.
- Develop visibility and accountability through effective QR and product deployment.
- Recruit and manage sales teams to optimize business performance.
- Plan and execute market strategies for team leaders and field sales executives.
- Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimize expectations vs delivery gaps.
- Monitor quality parameters as per management guidelines.
- Validate and conduct audits on team acquisitions and sales.
