Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content marketing platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and industry data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Revealer to track campaign performance and make informed decisions.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and increase audience engagement.
  • Maintain a positive brand reputation by monitoring and responding to online reviews and customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, proposing innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, designing in Canva, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Revealer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes and experience managing social media accounts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
