Fairmont Mumbai’s Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant Role

Accor’s Fairmont Mumbai hotel is seeking a skilled F&B Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required by the F&B management team.
  • Event Coordination: Support event planning and execution, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the F&B department and other hotel departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards, particularly regarding F&B operations.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
