Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce marketing professional to lead all shopper-related activations on the digital shelf, driving business goal delivery of revenue and profitability for our product portfolio.

This role requires a deep understanding of shopper insights & behaviour for the categories, as well as the ability to obsess over shopper & consumer experience data. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive e-com marketing plan, analyze e-com performance on a regular basis, and identify course corrections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep understanding of shopper insights & behaviour for the categories
  • Obsess over shopper & consumer experience data (reviews, conversion, competitor moves, listings issues etc) & ensure appropriate actions are taken in response
  • Develop e-com marketing strategy and action plan
  • Implement plan via both direct execution and influencing other e-com verticals
  • Analyze e-com performance on regular basis and identify course corrections

Requirements
  • Able to execute rapidly and effectively in complex environment, strong results orientation

Qualifications and Experience

MBA with 4-6 years experience, significant experience in digital & e-commerce ecosystem (at least 1 year in e-com or 2 years in broader digital), significant experience in brand management / shopper marketing (at least 1 year in this type of role with e-com)
