We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth on ecommerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the business end-to-end.
Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the business on ecommerce with full ownership.
- Develop a long-term ecommerce strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and manage high-impact relationships with partners to drive joint business plans.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Establish strategic alliances with Digital teams and customers.
- E nsure seamless operations including stock availability, pricing hygiene, and content accuracy.
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital).
- 4-6 years of total experience with 2 years in ecommerce as a Key Account Manager.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
