Dynamic Reservations Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Reservations Executive. The ideal candidate will possess experience in hotel front office operations and excellent communication skills.

* This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Gurgaon, with the possibility of relocation.

* Working hours are from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week. Weekly offs can be taken between Monday - Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and bookings, meeting revenue targets
  • Create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates
  • Maintain central reservation systems and customer records
  • Responsible for marketing and promotion plans
  • Identify revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property goals
  • Understand market trends and competitors' strengths and weaknesses
  • Participate in social media travel groups to generate leads
  • Schedule client visits and coordinate site visits
  • Maintain inquiry and sales records

Requirements:

  • Candidates with min 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations department (hotels)
  • Excellent communication skills, English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory

Office location:

Daily reporting would be at Spaze I-tech park, Sohna Road, Gurgaon
