Enterprise Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX professional to join our team and support our enterprise application environment. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of AX modules and be proficient in SQL development.

  • Understand and support all core Dynamics AX modules, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Projects

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delve into complex system concepts after high-level knowledge transfer to debug existing AX customizations and trace business logic in X++ and SQL.
  2. Extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server and write sophisticated SQL queries for reporting and migration.
  3. Perform thorough pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality and create detailed documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Strong expertise in X++ development and AX architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization techniques.
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
