About this Microsoft 365 Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Microsoft 365 Consultant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice on Microsoft 365 solutions and services to internal stakeholders
  • Participate in client meetings, leading discussions on technical matters and collaborating with customer technology staff and suppliers
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 services to meet business needs
  • Evaluate existing infrastructure and plan migration to Microsoft 365 cloud services
  • Analyze gaps in current systems, document findings, and recommend solutions
  • Create high-quality technical documentation, including diagrams and baselines
  • Work within defined change management processes, raising requests, defining implementation plans, and presenting changes at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
  • Support project management in developing technical project plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure Identity Services, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Microsoft 365 certifications
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and application packaging
  • Knowledge of on-premises and traditional infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, VDI, storage, firewalls, AV, and threat protection
