About the Role:

The primary focus of this role is to provide expert technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure comprehensive technical requirements are captured and met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to capture and document business requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert technical support for the D365 F&O platform, leveraging your knowledge of MS standards and best practices to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Configuration and Optimization: Configure the D365 system to optimize performance, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
  • Version Control and Release Management: Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Develop high-quality documentation as per industry standards, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Security and Access Management: Manage and maintain security roles and user access management, ensuring that sensitive data is protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Workflow and Batch Job Management: Create, manage, and maintain workflows and batch jobs, streamlining business processes and improving efficiency.
