We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX professional to support our enterprise application environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Dynamics AX system.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AX modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets and Projects. They will also be proficient in SQL development and have experience with data migration, transformation and validation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and support all core Dynamics AX modules.
- Debug existing AX customizations, trace and understand business logic in X++ and SQL, extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server, write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration, and perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
- Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture, proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization, experience with data migration, transformation and validation, ability to work in a fast-paced, minimal-supervision environment, proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing scripts, solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers and functions, knowledge of data conversion best practices and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
