As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of complex large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development and Implementation:
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for ERP implementations.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • ERP Project Management:
    • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.
    • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead internal cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
    • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
    • Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
    • Develop risk response and contingency plans.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:
    • Manage ERP project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
    • Monitor project financials and report on budget performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certification).
