Enterprise Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level data management and analytics solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate scalable, secure data pipelines and models within associated environments.
  • Create logical and physical data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains.
  • Manage setup, roles, object- & row-level security, and metadata catalogs for compliance.
  • Connect systems, develop APIs, and deliver datasets to platforms.
  • Handle content and version control across systems using SAP Bridge.
  • Optimize model and query performance, monitor data flows, and ensure reliability.
  • Partner with functional teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain), mentor junior staff, and assist in pre-sales or requirements gathering.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Datasphere in multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong data modeling skills (SQL, CDS, graph).
  • Proficiency in replication, ETL, task chains.
  • Expertise in security design: roles, scopes, cataloging.
  • Experience integrating Datasphere with Analytics Cloud, external APIs, and scripting languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of BTP architecture and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with ECC or S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Sales).
  • Experience with BI tools like Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or SAC.
  • Experience with SAC scripting or predictive analytics is a plus.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, along with a minimum 7 years experience in BW/HANA analytics and at least 2 years of Datasphere-focused project work.

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data management and analytics solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will have hands-on experience with Datasphere and other SAP technologies, as well as strong data modeling skills and proficiency in replication, ETL, and task chains. Additionally, you will have expertise in security design, including roles, scopes, and cataloging. You will also have experience integrating Datasphere with Analytics Cloud, external APIs, and scripting languages. If you have certifications in Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or SAC, that is a plus.
