Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to develop cutting-edge solutions for the healthcare industry.

This role will enable you to manage company processes effectively, ensuring the business is well-coordinated and productive.

You will collaborate with management in developing performance goals and long-term operational plans.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of various database systems and be able to optimize them for maximum performance.

The job requires strong communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

You will work closely with technology team members, external partners, and vendors to provide input regarding operational activity and strategic goals.

You will monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

You will perform technical troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate and correct data and database issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4 years of MySQL management experience.
  • Experience in MySQL configuring HA and clustering solutions.
  • Large scale MySQL deployments.
  • MySQL sharding architecture and techniques.
  • Ability to work with Linux/Unix based OS Environment.
  • MS SQL experience is a plus.
  • Software as a service industry experience is a plus.
  • Cloud experience is a plus.
