Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Associate
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the FP&A function in comprehensive and timely reporting.
  • Assist in updating Budget/Projection Templates, Monthly P&L and Schedules, Budget management in SAP and other MIS/database requirements.
  • Support ad hoc accounting/reporting requirements.
  • Prepare monthly Management reports and schedules, and provide insights and summaries to assist decision-making and planning processes.
  • Collect, clean, map, and present large data in the form of Excel templates/schedules and PowerPoint.
  • Scrutinize Actual Financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC) & Fund usage, spot irregularities, and make necessary corrections.
  • Support Annual Budgeting process and quarterly projections as well as reporting on KPIs (including updating Budget templates).
  • Update budgets in SAP, monitor variances, and address queries related to budgets.
  • Assist with Ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department as they arise, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving financial demands.
  • Partner and collaborate with Finance & other stakeholders daily, fostering effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and analysis.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of corporate experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, time management, MS Office, AI Tools.
  • Interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidate with certification in CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA Finance.
