This role is pivotal in delivering profitability insights, understanding revenue-cost dynamics, and enabling growth through close collaboration with business and leadership teams.

As part of our Business Finance team, you will drive strategic financial insights and support key decision-making across the organization.

You will develop and maintain management reports covering financial flows, revenue, expenses, etc., and support budgeting and forecasting.

Additionally, you will analyse and optimise pricing strategies to maximise profitability and market competitiveness, in alignment with business objectives.

Furthermore, you will provide leadership with deep insights on actual performance, including variance and trend analysis.

You will also drive visibility into financial performance; identify and implement gap-closing strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Moreover, you will analyse revenue and cost metrics, and work with functional teams to enhance revenue and reduce costs.

Deliver ongoing reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational metrics.

The right fit for this role will have:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of work experience, including experience in business finance/financial planning and analysis.
  • Industry experience: Experience in financial services or payments is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to deliver independently with limited supervision, and the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate insights effectively
