AVP Sr. Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers who require alternative investment avenues, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Relationship Management: Regularly interact with customers to build rapport and understand their profiles, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Treasury & Forex products, enabling effective sales and relationship management.
Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to all NR Desk related processes, including Day Plan Fee Plan, and any other processes notified from time to time.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and enhance Income Generating Product Group Holding (IPGH) levels, customer group profitability, and customer service delivery.
