Job Title: AVP Sales Manager

Riverforest Connections Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding existing branch customers who require alternative investment avenues, acquiring new customers who meet product criteria, and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify existing branch customers who require alternative investment avenues and onboard them under suitable programs.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system.
  • Relationship Building: Regularly interact with customers to build rapport and understand their profiles.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor inward remittances, FCY Chq realization, and ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Process Compliance: Follow all NR Desk related processes, including Day Plan Fee Plan and any other processes notified from time to time.
  • Customer Service: Ensure quality customer service is delivered, resolving customer queries and complaints within the bank's specified TAT.
  • Complaint Management: Ensure all queries and complaints are resolved within the bank's specified TAT.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate with 3 years of experience in Alternative Investment Inward Remittances.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Product Group Holding, dealing with NR/NRI/Wealth Clients, and good knowledge of Treasury & Forex Products.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
