Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TIGI HR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Define product strategy and legal structures, including SOW and proposal templates
- Develop and implement processes and roadmaps to achieve best results
- Manage pipeline and funnel management of various prospects and leads
- Prepare proposals and handle objection handling of prospects and clients
- Measure campaign effectiveness and build a team with budget criteria
- Develop partnership programs and implement DMAIC for client satisfaction
- Conduct business presentations and manage team performances
- Propose new and innovative methodologies to generate more business
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business development in IT services
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Good command over English language and interpersonal skills
