Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TIGI HR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Define product strategy and legal structures, including SOW and proposal templates
  • Develop and implement processes and roadmaps to achieve best results
  • Manage pipeline and funnel management of various prospects and leads
  • Prepare proposals and handle objection handling of prospects and clients
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and build a team with budget criteria
  • Develop partnership programs and implement DMAIC for client satisfaction
  • Conduct business presentations and manage team performances
  • Propose new and innovative methodologies to generate more business

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development in IT services
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Good command over English language and interpersonal skills
