We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, understand their requirements, and provide sales pitches. Key responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers to understand their needs
  • Sales pitching and convincing customers to invest in our projects
  • Making calls to customers to schedule site visits
  • Following up with qualified leads to ensure site visits
  • Guiding and explaining project details to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls and conversions
  • Working with the sales team to schedule client appointments and achieve conversions

This is a full-time position with a salary range of 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and responsible for achieving set goals every month. Female candidates are preferred. The job requires a 10 am to 7.30 pm schedule, 6 days a week, with a focus on the real estate industry.

We offer a performance bonus and yearly bonus as part of our compensation package. The ability to commute to Gandhinagar, Gujarat is a requirement. A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development is required for this role.
