AI Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Development Engineer to design, develop and optimize AI-driven applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, fine-tuning, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AI Solutions: Implement and fine-tune LLMs using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or LangChain to improve response relevance and contextual accuracy.
  • Pipeline Development: Create pipelines for data retrieval, indexing, and augmentation to improve knowledge grounding.
  • Vector Database Integration: Work with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate to enhance retrieval capabilities.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize model inference for performance and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to align AI models with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development according to industry standards.
  • Languages and Frameworks: Strong experience in training and deploying LLMs using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or LangChain.
  • Technologies: Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and vector search methodologies.
  • Databases: Hands-on experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
  • Libraries: Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.).
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps workflows.
  • Containerization: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable AI deployments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
