Senior Data Science Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to support media use cases with expertise in Media Analytics and a proven track record in driving marketing measurement and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing advanced analytics models, including customer lifetime value, NLP, Look-Alike models, and Anomaly Detection. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive analytics models for business growth, anomaly detection, and market mix modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven solutions that drive performance improvement.
  • Partner with domain experts and stakeholders to clearly understand business requirements and develop analytical solutions to drive recommendations that align with the organization's strategy and OKRs.

Experience in MLOps techniques, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and model monitoring, is essential for success in this role. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are also required.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a strong focus on media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and performance optimization.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other related fields with emphasis on quantitative methods and solutions.
  • Proven experience with Databricks platform, Snowflake, and Azure cloud services.
