Data Science Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives, drive end-to-end data science projects and build & deploy scalable machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced ML and Generative AI models to solve complex business problems.
  • Drive the design, development and deployment of data science projects from data preparation to delivery.
  • Apply LLMs, transformers and other GenAI techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor junior data scientists in technical delivery and ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions and drive adoption.
  • Ensure scalability, performance and reliability of deployed models.
  • Stay current with GenAI advancements and evaluate adoption for the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers and GenAI frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Data engineering concepts, feature engineering and large-scale data handling.
  • Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
