Overview of the Role
This role is part of the Order Management team and involves coordinating order processing and billing activities for contracts. Key responsibilities include supervising the Customer Advocate Team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, as well as maintaining equipment databases.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or accounting and experience in Order Management and Billing. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order processing and billing activities for contracts
- Supervise the daily tasks of the Customer Advocate Team
- Maintain equipment databases and process updates, additions, and cancellations
- Generate invoices that cover preferences and validate revenue recognition criteria
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a global company would be beneficial, as would analytical skills and a strong sense of accountability.
