Job Description:

As a seasoned Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues.

Responsibilities include providing around-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, monitoring and responding to incidents via ticketing systems within strict Service Level Agreements (SLA) timelines, performing remote troubleshooting and escalating unresolved issues, supporting users across diverse time zones while ensuring minimal downtime, maintaining logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity, and collaborating with global IT teams for coordinated support.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in desktop support
  • Proven skills in remote desktop support and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid mode
