Position: Senior Director of Business Development
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. As a seasoned executive with a proven track record in scaling operations, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth
You will oversee all financial aspects of the business unit, ensuring budget discipline and margin optimization. Your expertise in strategic planning, sales leadership, and operational scaling will be essential in driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Revenue Acceleration & Business Development
You will develop and execute high-impact sales strategies, secure enterprise-level partnerships, and expand market share in the cybersecurity sector. Your ability to build and lead high-performance teams will be critical in achieving revenue targets.
- Financial Performance & Profitability
You will oversee all financial aspects of the business unit, ensuring budget discipline and margin optimization. Your expertise in financial management and operational scaling will be essential in driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Scalable Operations
You will build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth, ensuring efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
- Leadership for Performance
You will recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
- Board & Stakeholder Alignment
You will act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.
Qualifications & Experience:- 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
- Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
- Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
- Visionary, collaborative leader based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, India.
