Job Summary:

We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee the accuracy and optimization of our warehouse inventory. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure that our Warehouse Management System (WMS) aligns with physical stock levels, preventing discrepancies and inaccuracies.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor inward quantities, order processed quantities, and cancelled orders to maintain accurate available stock levels.
  • Cycle Counts: Plan and execute monthly cycle counts for each customer, allocating necessary resources for efficient completion.
  • Wall-to-Wall Counting: Perform comprehensive wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once a quarter, maintaining high inventory accuracy standards.
  • Accuracy and Loss Prevention: Maintain an inventory accuracy of 99.65% and loss below 0.03%, identifying and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Auditor Support: Coordinate and provide data for internal/external auditors, ensuring seamless audit processes.
  • Loss Prevention Strategies: Design and implement procedures to prevent high-value item losses, minimizing inventory damage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Any Graduate degree with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in inventory management or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with different order processing software.
