The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 10 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale warehouses and multi-client facilities. He or she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse, resulting in increased profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
Requirements:
  • At least 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in operational design, customer solutioning, and problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local compliances, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
