Job Description:

The Banking Operations Executive role involves ensuring timely opening of Bank Accounts as per requests from the CS and Finance team. Additionally, this position requires the management of bank signatories in a timely manner.

This includes closing bank accounts when necessary and performing weekly reporting of Bank account MIS (Management Information System). A key responsibility is to follow up with the bank and internal teams to complete tasks efficiently.

In terms of banking operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for net banking, MT940, CIB, and Enet activation for payment and other account purposes. This role also entails accurate reporting of Banking MIS.

Responsibilities:
  1. Opening Bank Accounts: Timely open Bank Accounts as per request from CS and Finance team
  2. Bank Signatory Management: Manage bank signatories in a timely manner
  3. Closing Bank Accounts: Close bank accounts when necessary
  4. Weekly Reporting: Perform weekly reporting of Bank account MIS
  5. Follow-up: Follow up with bank and internal teams to complete tasks efficiently
