Flexcube Banking Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flexcube banking specialist to support customization and production operations for core banking systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Flexcube modules, including retail, corporate, treasury, trade finance, and payments.

Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs, as well as delivering customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.

The successful candidate will also be capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube, managing End-of-Day/Begin-of-Day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.

Additionally, the specialist will document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
