We are hiring for one of our Product based company for Mumbai Location.

Total Years : 5 to 15 Years

Designation : OracleFLEXCUBEFunctional Consultant

Mode of Hiring : C2H (Long term Contract)

Work Mode : Work from office.

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days only.

Location : Mumbai

JOB Description :

- Candidate must be able to work independently and with teams
- He / She must possess detailed functional knowledge withstrong banking and business knowledge in Corporate Bankingand possess excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes
- Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking Products or modules and end-to-end implementation experience will be an added advantage.
- He / She should have the ability to collaborate and connect with client Business Teams independently
- Candidate must have the ability tounderstandclient requirements and map them to off-the-shelf products or product features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratch
- Experience in Requirement gathering and solution design and preparation of functional specification.
- He / She should be able to analyse solution approaches, Test case preparation, Test case executions, project risks and recommendations
- He / She should be able to understand client requirements and map them to off-the-shelf products or product features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratch
- He / She should have excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, proven ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications by communicating and participating in the project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops with the Customers.
- He / She possess IT skills including Microsoft Office ( Word + Excel + Power point)
- He / She possess good communication & documentation skills in English
- Experience in implementation and / or support of core banking applications
- Should hold at least a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent degree
- He / She should be willing to work at offshore as well as travel to client locations for short, medium, or long duration assignments
- He / She Should be willing to work in shifts
- He / She Should be willing to take up FLEXCUBE certifications in functions as and when required.
- He / She has the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced and exciting environment
- Demonstrable Understanding on more than one of following banking domains - CASA + Term deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives), Payments
- If ex-banker, hands-on experience with application for product configuration and testing is a must. Hands-on experience in this should NOT be older than 1 year in this activity.
- If non-banker, then development and testing experience is a must.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- International banking exposure is a plus
- Experience / exposure to new areas such as origination, virtual account management (VAM), Liquidity Management, Block chain is a plus

Secondary Skills

- He / She possess knowledge of basic SQL query writing, Report writing, Workflow / dashboard creation
- He / She have exposure to software development processes and practices, Testing tools
- He / She are aware of the newest technologies in Banking.
