Job Summary

As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will oversee our team in delivering end-to-end technical and functional support for the Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System.

  • Design, implement, and deliver techno-functional solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze and optimize existing systems to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Banking domain, specifically with Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS or similar core banking platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE v12.x to 14.5 and recent versions.
  • Proven expertise in implementation and/or support of core banking applications.
  • Familiarity with at least one core domain: CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury, or Payments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
