Banking Operations Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational needs for banking requirements
  • Process payments accurately and coordinate authorizations for online payments
  • Ensure timely calculation and servicing of loans and borrowings
  • Prepare monthly drawing power statements and submit to lenders
  • Coordinate with banks, mutual funds, and other teams
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, cash, and cheque management, including remote cheques and stationery
  • Manage cash flow forecasting daily based on internal team inputs, and prepare projected cash flows
  • Monitor actual fund flows and transactions for smooth processing
  • Deploy surplus cash in instruments like bank FDs, MFs, and short-term liquid assets
  • Resolve audit queries
  • Assist in system development and improvement, preparing SOPs and flowcharts for banking activities
