Core Banking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Core Banking Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Job Description:
  • Credit Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and monitoring advances/investment asset books through lending to Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in the western region, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh.
  • Credit Appraisal: They will prepare credit appraisal memos for NBFC borrowers with detailed financial and credit analysis, present proposals, and arrange facility approvals from relevant sanctioning authorities.
  • New Client Sourcing: The candidate will identify new clients for the bank throughout the year in the western region.
  • Liability Generation: They will generate liabilities from NBFC/Fintech segment clients through cross-selling CASA accounts, CMS services, fixed deposits, foreign exchange, cards, salary accounts, etc.
  • Client Meetings: The specialist will conduct regular client meetings for credit monitoring, gathering market information, and ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Credit Knowledge: A good understanding of credit, financial analysis, credit documentation, and NBFC regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Experience in managing relationships with NBFCs or FIs in other banks/large NBFCs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
