Education Partnerships Catalyst

Build a strong ecosystem of Pre-School Facilitators and Caregivers through large-scale certifications, upskilling, and capacity-building initiatives.

This role requires a leader to spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of Education Partnership Ambassadors (Mobilisers) who will engage with Standalone Pre-Schools, K-12 Schools, and School Associations for successful program mobilization and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruit and build high-performing teams of Education Partnership Ambassadors.
  • Drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets by building strong networks in preschools, schools, and associations.
  • Engage with school owners, associations, and key influencers to build partnerships for smooth program adoption.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor mobilisers to maximise outreach and effectiveness.
  • Travel extensively within assigned states to drive ground-level execution.
  • Monitor mobiliser performance, maintain recruitment pipelines, and share regular reports with leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for recruitment and operational efficiency.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (postgraduate preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in target-driven recruitment, field sales, or channel-building roles.
  • Excellent command over English and regional language (spoken & written).
  • Comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for recruitment.
  • Growth-driven mindset, self-starter, critical thinker with leadership skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively across assigned states.
