Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's needs.
  • Deliver customized instruction to students based on their learning styles and abilities.
  • Modify curriculum to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners.
  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and use positive behaviour supports.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, therapists, and other school staff to support students' academic and social development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-7 years of experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and assistive aids.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
