Job Title: Team Lead - Education Counselling

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage a team of education counsellors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets in the education domain.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of education counsellors, driving them towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas. They will monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis. Additionally, they will build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of education counsellors
  • Drive the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients
  • Oversee CRM/database usage to track leads, client interactions, and conversion ratios
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to inspire, coach, and lead by example
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure
