Key Role in Financial Accuracy

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Trainee to join our team. As an Invoicing Trainee, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

  • Preparation and issue of invoices to customers
  • Meeting invoice delivery timelines
  • Entry of invoices into customer invoicing websites
  • Electronic submission of invoices
  • Understanding customer specific requirements
  • Accuracy check of each field on the invoices
  • Supporting documentation and attachment to invoices
  • System update of invoice submission status
  • Maintenance of invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files
  • Collaboration with payroll & invoicing team
  • Account statements and reconciliation
  • Handling invoice rejections and adjustments
  • Maintenance of SOP for complete invoicing process account wise

The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate or have a maximum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing. A commerce or finance background is preferred, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Technical skills include hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, while other skills such as analytical and logical skills are also desirable. Basic knowledge of accounting is required.
