Our organization seeks a Senior Financial Leader to drive the finance and accounting function. This role is crucial in overseeing the financial performance of our company, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing strategic insights to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles. Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and accounting systems is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, income tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and accounting systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
