Job Title: Salesforce Vlocity/Omni Studio Tech Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Salesforce OmniStudio solutions development team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-quality solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ year Vlocity experience
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
  • Vlocity certified
