As a senior manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and user experience of our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within LMS.">
  • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content.">
  • Create and manage learning dashboards.">

You will also be responsible for content development, preparation, and curation of standard operating procedures for each department, as well as managing and updating training content repositories.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.">
  • Hospitality experience is an added advantage.">
  • Fluent in English language.">
