Financial Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain a scalable financial data foundation that ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Create insightful dashboards and reports to support financial planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of financial performance, trends, and key business drivers to support strategic initiatives.
  • Improve efficiency by automating financial reporting and streamlining data flows.
  • Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Business Intelligence teams to align financial insights with business objectives.
  • Support the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of FP&A tools to enhance financial reporting and planning capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of working with financial data, building dashboards, and automating reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and passion for turning complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in implementing and managing FP&A software.
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling complex financial models.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Finance, MBA, or a related field.
  • Power BI/SQL Certification.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
