Role Overview As an Actuarial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior actuaries in coordinating and implementing reporting across various teams. Your focus will be on executing monthly/quarterly valuation reporting and analysis for MetLife Europe and Middle East countries.Key Responsibilities
  • Execute monthly/quarterly valuation reporting and corresponding analysis to ensure accurate financial insights.
  • Support the specification and validation of new valuation methodologies, models, and product implementations to drive business growth.
  • Provide explanation of results for the Chief Actuary review to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Perform research relating to queries raised by auditors and assist with preparing timely responses to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Work with regional stakeholders to handle all deliverables for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting for Reinsurance business.
  • Implement changes/updates in process and regulations on an ongoing basis to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
Performance Indicators
  • Error-free preparation of financial reports to required timescales and relevant actuarial standards to ensure credibility.
  • Execution of second-line data validation and completeness checks to required actuarial and audit standards to maintain quality.
  • Contributing towards good team morale and positive team engagement and professional development to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensuring excellent communication between Noida-based team and stakeholders based in different geographical locations to promote seamless collaboration.
  • Taking demonstrable ownership of work; clearly flagging any issues and goal delivery concerns to senior leadership team to drive accountability.
