Financial Analyst Trainee Opportunity

About the Role:

This is a full-time position for a Financial Analyst Trainee based in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing financial statements, and developing financial models. Daily interaction with team members will involve communicating findings, supporting decision-making processes, and assisting with various accounting tasks. Furthermore, the Trainee will participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance financial and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases.
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies.
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors.
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.).
  • Support in preparing investment memorandums and pitch books.
  • Perform due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for clients.
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery under the manager's guidance.
  • Gain exposure to marketing, operations, deal origination, or investor outreach as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to internal process development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
