Key Financial Analyst Role:

This critical position involves conducting in-depth financial analysis to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial processes and be skilled in analytical reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive financial analyses that address complex business issues and provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial analyses.
  • Utilize expertise in financial modeling and forecasting to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure adherence to rigorous reporting standards and corporate policies, maintaining the highest level of integrity in all financial dealings.
  • Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc financial reports to management and other key stakeholders, providing clear and concise recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Requirements: A strong educational background in finance or accounting, complemented by relevant work experience. Typically, 1-5 years of experience with a CA background or 4-8 years of experience with an MBA or 6-10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.

Essential Skills: Proficiency in SAP S4 Application, Spend Management Automation, Accounts Payable Process, and Financial Analysis. Additionally, strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, as well as experience with Internal Controls Process Improvement and Profit And Loss (P&L) Management.
