Job Summary

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a high level of expertise in financial management, accounting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee operational aspects of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, payroll, and other related functions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and risk mitigation.
  • Provide clear visibility and insights into financial performance through regular reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing cash flow positions, forecasting borrowing needs, and optimizing available funds for expense and investment.
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and statutory offices.
  • Actively participating in audits and ensuring smooth and timely completion.
  • Supporting the management team in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
