Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to manage our financial operations at Riddhi Corporate Services Limited. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and taxation.

  • Manage tax audits and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS.
  • Drive and monitor internal audit processes.
  • Utilize SAP for all financial operations and reporting.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting using advanced Excel.
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and manage accurate and timely MIS reports.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan (AOP) processes.
  • Lead periodic financial planning and performance reviews.
  • Provide variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards using advanced Excel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Track key business KPIs and suggest improvements for financial efficiency.
