Job Overview:

The Role of a Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze customer complaints, identifying their needs and focusing on delivering positive outcomes.
  2. Examine upstream processes to gather data and understand shipment history.
  3. Evaluate cases and decide whether to accept, clarify, or reject them.
  4. Consult with relevant coordinators for additional information if required.
  5. Process amendments in core systems according to standard operating procedures.
  6. Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email or phone as needed.
  7. Document thorough root cause analysis for dispute resolution.
Requirements:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Own the customer journey, understanding requirements, and delivering positive results.
  • Root Cause Fixes: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, exceeding job boundaries for customer resolution within policies and procedures.
  • Proven experience in Stakeholder Management, both internal and external.
  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Own issues end-to-end, detailed, and result-driven, with low tolerance for delays.
  • Communication: Professional standard in grammar and articulation.
  • Good Comprehension, Written Communication, Good Communication Skills, Ability to use positive language.
  • Process Understanding: Understand end-to-end processes, adhere to process and SOPs, attention to detail, complete error-free documentation, adapt to process changes.
  • CAN HAVE Experience in direct Stakeholder interactions, Global internal and external preferred.
