Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Oncology Sales Director to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving sales growth and expanding our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales across defined geographies
- Manage stakeholder relationships with HCPs, Pharmacists, and CXOs of hospitals
- Collect payments, drive sales, and scale up teams as the business expands
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales across Hospitals / Clinics / Nursing Homes etc
- Bring newer products in the portfolio by working with OEMs
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Find and develop new markets and improve sales
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Train personnel and help team members develop their skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Oncology/Vaccines
- Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management
- High standard on personal character, commitment, organizational, and selling skills
- Proven track record in achieving new business targets and objectives
- Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Versatile, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Team player to work collaboratively in a cross-functional structure
