Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Oncology Sales Director to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving sales growth and expanding our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales across defined geographies
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with HCPs, Pharmacists, and CXOs of hospitals
  • Collect payments, drive sales, and scale up teams as the business expands

Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across Hospitals / Clinics / Nursing Homes etc
  • Bring newer products in the portfolio by working with OEMs
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Train personnel and help team members develop their skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Oncology/Vaccines
  • Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • High standard on personal character, commitment, organizational, and selling skills
  • Proven track record in achieving new business targets and objectives
  • Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Versatile, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Team player to work collaboratively in a cross-functional structure
